Learning Bikram Yoga
Sometimes known, as “Hot
Yoga” Bikram is a form of Yoga that helps build physical and
mental strength, balance and flexibility. This form of Yoga
is considered the Yoga of the stars, and is a preferred Yoga
of the rich and famous.
The basics of Bikram Yoga consists of, a 90 minute workout
of 26 different postures. This series of postures come
together to combine your skills of concentration, patience,
determination and self-control, which boost mental clarity
and eases stress. Bikram Yoga is done in a room that is
about 105 degrees
Heat is one of the aspects of Bikram Yoga that sets it apart
from others. The heated room allows the muscles to stretch
more readily, as well as promoting blood circulations to
help the body flush away toxins.

likely call for a water break during the class to ensure no
one become too dehydrated.

those who are committed to its practice.
